We built HVAC Engineering Calc as a platform for everyone from hobbyists to seasoned professionals, with the goal of making engineering calculations easier, more accessible, and more affordable. We know that many users rely on expensive programs to perform similar calculations, so we set out to offer a powerful alternative at a fraction of the cost.
As engineers, we understand how much time is often spent jumping between references, spreadsheets, and manual calculations. Our goal was to bring those everyday workflows into one clean, browser-based tool with no software to install.
The platform supports heating and cooling load calculations, ventilation, psychrometrics, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment sizing for both residential and commercial projects. It is designed to help engineers and contractors work more efficiently while keeping the process transparent and grounded in published design references.
